Charles Allbery has practiced law with the Firm for more than thirty years, primarily representing clients in real estate matters. He is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, and is the only attorney on the Dayton region to have received this certification.

His practice also involves estate planning and probate administration in Dayton, OH and the surrounding area. Martindale Hubbell has awarded him an "AV" rating, the highest possible professional rating. In addition to his practice, he teaches Real Estate Law as an adjunct faculty member at Wright State University.
